Pre - Production

Pre-production is the process in which the recording artist spends time creating and refining their musical ideas before the final recording takes place. We offer professional advice and direction in choosing your best material as well as helping to write songs or accompanying instrumentation.

Production & Recording

With an experienced engineer at the helm we will endeavour to capture your performance the way it was intended to sound. With time spent on appropriate microphone selection and placement the recording process can run effortlessly while you focus on capturing that perfect take.

For solo artists and singer/songwriters session musicians are also available to perform and record extra instruments to help bring your song to life.

Editing

Editing is important, both during and after recording. Your recorded performance gets the attention it deserves and time is taken to polish the recording. All tracks are finalised/compiled and scoured with a fine-tooth-comb ready for mixing.

Mixing

Mixing is the last creative process in which each individually recorded track/instrument is given its own space within the song. Specialised techniques and effects are applied to ensure your song is presented in the best possible way.

Mastering

The final and vital process important for any broadcast recording to ensure your music competes with the best. Mastering is available in house or can be arranged via various engineers to suit your needs and budget.
